Though buddies with the youkai, he is also Sayo’s best friend, so he came down the mountain to tell Sayo about the troubling change that has come over the forest. 1:00 Ame no Uzume (This character is from Shinto mythology.) A young woman of the ancient world. A goddess and founder of shrine maidens, she lends her power to Sayo, who has wandered from the world of the distant future. @@gigaganon I'm almost sure it won't. If it wasn't developed with it in mind, or from the beginning, it would be WAY TOO hard to add it later. Especially moreso if any of these devs don't have any experience with online/developing a netcode. Just like you. I VERY much want to be proven wrong, and hope it does have online co-op. That's what The Ninja Warriors, remake was missing pretty badly I think.
Already Pre-ordered this morning! Can't wait to relive my childhood, Pocky & Rocky was my favorite Snes game :') the art, the gameplay, the music was all perfect already and the new stuff seems incredible!

First Wild Guns Reloaded, then The Ninja Warriors Once Again and now this! Video game remakes can actually be fun (to the players) and profitable (to the game producer) if done well. It actually appeals to a wider audience, both new players and older generation players who played the SNES as children.
I wasn't expecting them to add extra playable characters to the remake, but that's actually a great way to entice both longtime fans and newcomers into buying it if they needed more convincing. I'm definitely buying it, but I would have liked more playable male characters. Poor Manuke/Rocky is the only guy here. XD
Selling my childhood SNES original is one of the biggest mistakes of my youth. You have no idea how excited I am to play this! A physical release would be amazing!

This looks absolutely incredible. I just pray that it retains the original's difficulty, at the bare minimum. That's always one of my biggest concerns when it comes to modern remakes of such old games. I'm still yet to be able to beat the original, and I'd hate for that to be rectified solely because of a remake toning the difficulty down.

@gurvmlk When it comes to retro games such as these, I see nothing wrong with otherwise leaving the game intact as is, but removing excessive punishment like sending you all the way back to the beginning of the game.

Placing this one on the radar (it was already on the 2022 radar but now its going Even Higher). I knew this game was going to be something special but not only did Tengo Project / NatsumeAtari once again knock this out of the park (game looks Phenomenal folks, Great Job Team) , but the release date is 1 day after my birthday makes this a Day 1 Purchase for sure.

小学校時代、クオリティの高さ、感動的な音楽、可愛いキャラクターと相反した高難易度ゲーム。難しいけど、やり込む度に少しずつ進めるようになる絶妙な難易度で、最終的にノーコンテニューで全クリできる程までやり込みました。
そんな私ももうすぐ40を迎えますが、原曲残しつつアレンジされた音楽、メチャクチャクオリティの高いゲーム画面を見て、あの頃の熱い思いが蘇りました。
月夜草子でかなりがっかりしたのを覚えてますが、今回は黒マントの制作チームが開発していると聞き、名作を確信しています。
ハードすら持ってませんが、それごと絶対買います！
ドットアニメーションが非常に丁寧に作られていて素晴らしい
原作に対する愛情を感じます
こういうゲームっぽいゲームがもっと増えてほしい
